Before you hire me.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. Tell me what takes too much time or what isn’t working. I’ll explain your options and help you decide whether AI is worth using.
Where do we start?
Send me a note about your business and what you want to improve. We’ll see whether I can help. If a more detailed assessment is needed, I’ll explain what it covers and what it costs before doing it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need built and which tools need to connect. Your proposal lists my work, software subscriptions, AI usage and support separately. You approve the budget before work starts.
How long does it take?
I’ll give you a schedule after reviewing the work, the information available and the access we need. We start by testing a small version, then decide whether to add more.
Can I keep using my current tools?
I first check whether they can connect. If a connection requires a paid plan or another service, I’ll explain that before including it in the proposal.
Can AI send things without my approval?
We agree on what it can do on its own and what needs approval. For example, it can draft a quote while you check the price and terms before sending it.
What do I get when the project is finished?
The tool and the instructions, access, tests and training listed in your proposal. You’ll also know which parts depend on other software and subscriptions.
What if I need help later?
We can arrange maintenance and support. The proposal explains what’s covered, how to ask for help and response times. Ongoing support isn’t included in every project.
Can we work in English and Spanish?
Yes. Sessions and materials can be in your team’s language. I work remotely with businesses in the United States and Latin America.
